Return & Refund Policy

We want every purchase with us to feel secure and worry-free. While we always aim for excellence, we understand that sometimes an order might not be quite right. Please read our return terms carefully before sending anything back.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the following standards are met:

  • The product remains unused, in sellable condition, and includes its original packaging

  • Tags, accessories, and proof of purchase are included

When these requirements are fulfilled, and the item shows no signs of wear or damage, we may issue a return label to help with the process.

In some situations, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, depending on the product condition and reason for return. Full instructions and shipping details will be provided once your request is reviewed.

Items that don’t meet these standards may be denied or refunded at a reduced amount, depending on our final inspection.

Reprocessing Fee: If an item is returned without any quality issue or fulfillment error (for example, a simple change of mind), a handling and restocking fee of up to 20% of the order’s value may be applied to cover logistics and inspection costs.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made goods

  • Gift cards or clearance items


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your delivery arrives with damage, defects, or the wrong product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt.

We may ask for:

  • A brief video or a few clear photos showing the issue from different angles

Our internal review team uses these materials to confirm the claim and decide the next steps, typically responding within 1–2 business days.

Possible resolutions include:

  • Minor imperfections: eligible for a partial credit or refund

  • Moderate issues: partial refund or replacement, depending on impact

  • Severe damage: full replacement at no cost

Return shipping may not always be required — this will depend on our assessment of each case.


Deliveries to Apartments or Shared Residences

If your package is sent to a shared mailbox, apartment complex, or multi-unit building:

  • Once the carrier marks it as Delivered, it’s treated as successfully received

  • Please check with neighbors, leasing offices, or common mail areas first

  • If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact us within 72 hours so we can assist in working with the carrier to investigate

Each situation is individually reviewed before determining a resolution.


Refund Timeline

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Funds will be returned through the original payment method used.

Your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit once we release it on our end.
